Simple Summary
Increase the account mergers duration from 7 days to 2 weeks (1209600 seconds) and put into effect a new merging window.
Abstract
Proposing to change the account accountMergingDuration state variable to 14 days and triggering the startMergingWindow method in order to start a new merging epoch.
Motivation
Given the recent implementation of SIP-13, as well as the development of a UI by vbstreetz, the sccp aims to extending the merging duration which had expired recently, so that users can have a chance to merge different wallets having escrowed tokens.
